Learning Methodologies
Facilitative in style, we model the behaviors and tools for
a successful team meeting. To maximize learning for all participants,
a variety of approaches are used to engage seminar participants
in the learning process: video vignettes, lectures, role play,
group discussion, one-on-one discussion, plus experiential learning
exercises and self-evaluation questionnaires. The content is
reinforced with a robust manual as well as personal copies of
Kristin Arnold's book, Team Basics and Team Energizers
